NerdHQ does not provide mental health services or counseling and assumes no liability for the mental health services provided by any third party organization. Due to the personal nature of mental health care, individuals connected to mental health resources through this platform should independently vet all service providers to ensure their individual mental health needs can be met. NerdHQ cannot guarantee accessibility to any particular organization or service.

Nerd HQ is a California nonprofit and is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. It is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under section 501 C3 of the internal revenue code (Federal Tax ID: 83-1827877). Contributions to Nerd HQ are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
